System Introduction

System Principles


The powerful mixer utilizes the principles of Same-direction, Opposite-direction, Same-current, and Opposite-current motion for mixing. By rotating the mixing disc, the material is continuously delivered onto the rotating mixing tool, creating a high velocity difference that causes the material to move in reverse flow. The tilted arrangement of the mixing disc achieves high vertical flow velocity. This movement method can effectively mix materials evenly, providing a series of mature auxiliary components and automated selection to meet the needs of different applications.
